If this is you, come and join the Interchange Outer East Family. We are a non-profit, community-based organisation that provides support to children and young people with a disability in various recreational activities such as day activities and camps.

Our vision is to promote an inclusive community where the importance of family wellbeing, social connection, and choice is at the core of supporting people with a disability. You will be supporting individuals within a group in community settings by encouraging interaction and supporting activity participation. These may include but not limited to provide support within group-based environments, i.e. youth group, adult rec, you may be matched one to one with a young person or floating between participants. You will have the opportunity to develop confidence, patience, leadership and interpersonal skills while gaining a sense of self and an understanding of those who are different to you. We provide a supportive environment that empowers them to exercise skills that they would otherwise not use.
