Foodbank SA is a non-denominational social enterprise that was founded in the year 2000 and acts as a food pantry to charities and community groups who feed the hungry in South Australia. Foodbank is an intermediary between the food industry's surplus food and the welfare sector's needs.

We seek experienced drivers to collect donated food and groceries from donor companies and/or deliveries to welfare agencies.

Requirements: Skilled experienced drivers required for deliveries in trucks and/or vans. A friendly manner, good communication skills together with neat appearance, and an empathetic and caring approach. Some manual handling will be required, so the successful volunteers would need to be physically sound. A National Police check clearance working with a Working with Children Check is required or a willingness to obtain one.
