Admin/Reception Volunteer - The Entrance

As a Volunteer Reception Officer, you will:
*Answer phone calls and greet clients with care and respect
*Assist clients with completing required documents for interviews
*Help make appointments and provide general information
*Use basic computer skills to support client services
*Work as part of a supportive, community-focused team
We’re looking for people who are:
*Reliable, patient, and non-judgemental
*Comfortable working independently once trained
*Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
*Great communicators, with a clear and pleasant phone manner
Training is provided. Multiple positions are available. Suitable for Mutual Obligations (Centrelink) volunteers.
