We would like you to join Bicycle SA's Catering Team in support of 200 cyclists riding through the world famous and ancient Flinders Ranges during our 6 - 21 May 2023 Outback Odyssey. This off road 900 km off road bike ride starts in Elder Park, Adelaide's CBD and concludes in the northern Flinders Ranges, at the end of the bitumen, in the tiny historic township of Blinman. If you are organised, can use your own initiative and are able to take direction as required, and are an early-morning person, we would love you to join us to assist with the overseeing of breakfast, using the dishwasher, packing up and restocking for the next morning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, meet, make new friends, spend two nights in Burra and Melrose and overnight at another world famous location, the Wilpena Resort.

Your role will be to assist with breakfast logistics, set-up, oversee and replenishing supplies ready for the next morning.

Camping accommodation, transport to and from Adelaide and all meals provided.

There will be time to explore these fabulous regions of South Australia. Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors
• Do not mind early mornings
