Assist service users getting on and off Community transport Buses Assist people on and off buses that pick them up from home and take them on social outings and activities. You will provide some social interaction on the bus and at the venue or destination, helping them to engage with each other and have a good time. You may also be required to support at the venue with things such as carrying food and beverages or helping to read a menu. Be responsible for for their welfare, comfort and safety. Assist with the collection and receipting of any money form service users. The ability to relate, communicate and show empathy towards clients (frail aged, younger people with a disability and special needs groups)
