Move and Chat 10am-12pm Tuesdays (Face to face)

• Set-up the room
• Welcome clients
• Support with QR check-in as needed
• Support clients to have correct equipment for exercise activities
• Engage and check-in with clients having a rest during exercises
• Help with tea and coffee and/or refreshments
• Engage with the group facilitator to keep the session interactive
• If clients are requiring transport via the Neighbourhood house bus, we may also require the support of the volunteer to be present on the bus (From ~9am)
• Attend a monthly social outing (have own transport)
