The perfect position may be waiting for you at the MIdland Office of the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB). Our Information & Referral Volunteers act as the first point of contact for clients and answer calls and face to face queries on a wide range of issues. They assist people by providing information and referrals, looking at options available and booking legal appointments.

You will also get a two day training course in addition to ongoing training that will provide knowledge on how to look for appropriate information, referrals and when is appropriate to book legal appointments.
