Gidget Foundation Australia is a national not-for-profit dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of expectant, new and potential parents. We provide free psychological counselling, group programs, and peer support to those experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety. Our mission is to ensure that every parent receives timely, appropriate, and specialist care.
We are looking for an Admin Volunteer!
We are seeking a friendly and organised Volunteer Administration Assistant to support our Client Experience Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, data entry, and helping community services run smoothly.
By assisting with administrative tasks, you will help our team maintain accurate records and improve the experience of the people who access our services.
Key responsabilities:
- Data entry and updating client records
- Assisting with filing and document management
- Supporting the Client Experience Team with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling information with care
About you:
- Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to supporting the community
