Who We Are Ronald McDonald House Charities is a leading children’s charity in Australia and around the world, supporting seriously ill children and their families when they need it most.

As a Hospitality Cart Volunteer, you’ll bring smiles, comfort, and little moments of joy to families and children at Nepean and Campbelltown Hospitals. By serving on our carts, you’ll deliver snacks, essential items, and fun activities that brighten their hospital stay.

We’re Looking for Volunteers Who Can:

Walk the Hospitality Cart to different wards, bringing bedside activities and refreshments to children and families.

Stock the cart at the end of each shift and let the Volunteer Coordinator know if supplies need replenishing.

Secure the cart safely at the end of the shift.

Be a friendly, warm, and welcoming presence for families.

Have fun while making a real difference!

If you're able to assist with these tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re looking for volunteers who can commit to fortnightly shifts for a minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity to continue beyond that and keep making a difference.

You must be 18 years + to volunteer with RMHC GWS.

Selection & Recruitment Process To become a volunteer, simply complete an online application and attend a short Teams video interview. If successful, you’ll receive on-the-job training to get you ready to make a difference!

Complete online training and manage online communications.

Be a team player who enjoys engaging with people.
