**Duties ** -Plan, draft, and publish newsletters -Coordinate content submissions from committees and volunteers -Edit and format content for clarity, tone, and consistency -Support digital communications across email and online channels -Maintain alignment with PMI Queensland’s brand voice

**Deliverables ** -Regular PMI Queensland newsletters delivered on schedule -Clear, well-structured digital content aligned with the marketing calendar -Contributions from volunteers and teams coordinated into a single voice -Improved member awareness of events, initiatives, and opportunities

**Skills ** -Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to -manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
-Strong written communication and editing skills -Ability to simplify information and tell clear stories -Good attention to detail and organisation -Comfortable working with deadlines -Collaborative, friendly, and community-minded -Curious, proactive, and open to feedback

**Attributes ** -Experience writing or editing newsletters, emails, or digital content -Exposure to communications, marketing, or content coordination -Volunteer or professional experience in a similar role is desirable
