Program Lead – Social Media and Engagement

The portfolio helps to advise, identify and implement (as appropriate) new initiatives within the Chapter that will prove of value to the membership and the Professional community, including events and activities through social media, web, email and other appropriate channels
Key duties of portfolio will include

Create, schedule, and publish social media posts

Collaborate with volunteers and leaders to promote events and initiatives

Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and interaction

Help maintain PMI Queensland’s brand voice and visual consistency
Desired Skillsets
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills when liaising with stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively within a volunteer team environment and take direction when required
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Comfortable using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Organised and reliable with good time management
- Willingness to learn and try new ideas
