Nazareth Care -Geraldton is looking for Volunteer Bus Drivers. The purpose of this volunteer role is to assist with the transportation of frail, elderly residents to a range of activities including, scenic drives, library or shopping, using either the Nazareth Care car or the minibus. Your passion and enthusiasm will play a pivotal role in enhancing the social, mental and physical wellbeing of our wonderful residents. You can make all the difference to their day! How wonderful to be able to give back to those that once looked after us!

Requirements:

• A desire to make a positive difference to someone’s life.
• A passion to help and assist the elderly with a warm, friendly disposition.
• A reasonable level of fitness is an inherent requirement of this role.
• Ability to build and maintain effective team relationships at all levels within the organisation.
• Strong customer service focus with a “can do” attitude
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment to the organisation’s ethos, energy and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Collaborative working style and willingness to contribute to the team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

You would need to have a driver's licence and minimum 2 years of driving experience.
