Program Logistics & Venue Support (Charity Role)

Tanya’s Home Limited is seeking a volunteer to assist with the initial setup of a new group program.
This role focuses on coordination and planning rather than ongoing delivery. It is similar to light event management and supports the early stages of getting a program established.
Key duties include: • Assisting with sourcing and organising a suitable venue for group sessions • Helping coordinate availability of a therapist and or childcare support • Supporting initial program planning and logistics • Liaising with venues and service providers as needed to prepare the program for launch
Skills and experience: • Organised and reliable • Comfortable coordinating people and communicating with venues or service providers • Practical and solutions focused • Able to work independently with guidance
