We are seeking a proactive Social Media Support Volunteer to assist our Social Media Manager with content design and Facebook Group operations. This role supports the execution of social media activities using clearly defined tools, templates, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Content Design Support

● Design social media assets using defined platforms and templates (e.g. Canva). ● Adapt content across formats (post, story, reel cover). ● Prepare draft captions for review and approval. ● Maintain visual consistency with provided brand guidelines. Facebook Group – Operational Support

● Review membership requests using a predefined checklist. ● Send standard welcome messages to new members. ● Monitor activity and report relevant interactions, questions, or alerts. ● Support a safe, respectful, and supportive online community.

Skills & Experience ● Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook. ● Experience using Canva or similar design tools. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines. ● Good written communication skills. ● Empathy and discretion when engaging with sensitive communities. ● Reliable and organised.
