Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & SEO Volunteer will support SRf’s Marketing & Communications team to enhance the organisation’s digital footprint and online engagement. The role involves designing and implementing digital campaigns, optimising website content for search visibility, managing email marketing, and analysing campaign performance. This position is ideal for creative and analytical thinkers passionate about using digital strategies to advance SRf’s mission of peace, diversity, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events, fundraising drives, and awareness initiatives.
- Design and manage engaging email newsletters, digital ads, and social media integrations to maximise audience reach.
- Conduct keyword research, optimise web and blog content for SEO/SEM, and monitor website ranking performance.
- Track campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools, preparing monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in managing CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho) for audience segmentation and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to align content, visuals, and messaging across digital platforms.
- Contribute to digital newsletters, blogs, and web copywriting to strengthen SRf’s online voice and visibility.
