As a Gala Event Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of event planning and execution, supporting the team in the lead-up to this major charity event. From content management and creative concepting to liaising with suppliers and assisting on event day, you’ll be immersed in a high-performing, passionate environment - perfect for anyone looking to build a career in events, fundraising, or marketing.

Key Areas of Involvement:

• Assisting with guest communications and email marketing

• Supporting content creation, social media scheduling, and campaign planning

• Helping coordinate event collateral and production timelines

• On-site event support including set-up, guest liaison, and logistics

This internship is ideal for someone who is:

• Studying management or events

Available for a minimum of 1–2 days per week from January 2026 - June 2026 (if possible)
