Shift Administrator (Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich)
4 Voices is a charity supporting women facing domestic violence, homelessness, isolation, and hardship. We connect women to safety, support, and a path forward; on the street, over the phone, or online. Our volunteers provide real help, hope, and dignity while restoring connection and empowering change.
As the 4 Voices Shift Administrator, you will play a vital role ensuring our frontline services run smoothly across Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling new volunteers into appropriate shifts following induction and onboarding.
- Reviewing and coordinating daily schedule gaps, taking proactive steps to ensure adequate shift coverage and continuity of service.
- Liaising with Frontline Leaders and State Managers to understand operational priorities and resourcing needs.
- Supporting short-term rescheduling to address absences, cancellations, or shift changes.
- Maintaining visibility of driver and Team Leader availability across all vans to enable accurate workforce planning.
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly scheduling reports, identifying risk areas, and supporting proactive resource planning.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and professionally with leadership and volunteers.
- Has strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Is confident using scheduling systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft apps.
- Can prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
- Is proactive, reliable and comfortable working with digital admin tools.
