Volunteer Recruitment for Tough Tilly Day – Join Us and Make a Difference!

About Tough Tilly Day: Tough Tilly Day is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Cure EB Foundation. Named in honour of Tilly, this day is filled with exciting activities, community spirit, and the shared goal of making a difference.

Volunteer Roles Needed: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help with various tasks throughout the event. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or new to volunteering, your support is invaluable! Roles include:

• Event Set-Up & Pack-Down: Help with setting up tables, chairs, banners, and other event materials before the event starts and assist with packing everything away at the end.
• Registration & Check-In: Welcome attendees, check them in, and provide information and directions as needed.
• Activity Stations: Assist in running activity stations, ensuring participants are engaged and having fun.
• Food & Beverage Support: Help with food preparation, serving, and managing food and drink stations.
• Raffle & Fundraising Support: Sell raffle tickets, assist with fundraising activities, and encourage donations throughout the day.
• General Assistance: Be available to help with any ad-hoc tasks that may arise to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Volunteer Requirements:

• A friendly and positive attitude.
• Willingness to help and support the event team and attendees.
• Ability to commit to a shift of at least 4 hours on the day.
