The role

We’re after someone who knows what it takes to grow a community-driven movement and keep the impact real as it gets bigger.

You’ll be joining our small but mighty governance team to guide ALLKND as we scale nationally, helping us make smart, values-led decisions that reach more young people without losing what makes us special.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:

Community scaling - growing or replicating social or community initiatives sustainably

Youth or social policy - understanding how systems and structures can better support young people

Impact measurement - turning data and stories into proof that what we’re doing works

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Think strategically but still lead with empathy
• Care deeply about youth mental health and connection
• Believe kindness and community can change lives
• Love bringing ideas to life and helping good things grow
• Want to help create accessible opportunities for young people everywhere, from big cities to small towns
• Can appreciate a dynamic, fast-moving environment, adapting quickly to what young people need now
• Love the idea of using social media and culture as tools for impact

The details

Six bi-monthly online Executive Board Meetings (one roughly every two months: Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov).

You’ll join a warm and friendly, impact-driven board who love what they do and want to do it well.
