Make a real difference in someone’s life by helping newly arrived migrants and refugees improve their English and settle into life in Australia.

As a Volunteer Tutor with the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) at TAFE NSW, you’ll provide one-on-one support in speaking and listening either online or face-to-face for just 1 hour a week. No teaching experience needed—just a good level of English and a desire to help.

What you’ll do:

• Support an adult AMEP student with conversational English
• Help build confidence and connection in their new community
• Prepare simple, engaging sessions – we are here to support you with this
