By providing accurate access information, we enable people with mobility challenges to plan ahead, understand urban design and to navigate public spaces without accessibility concerns.

WheelEasy is innovative, free, user-friendly and a 24/7 geo-located one-stop-shop for access, gathering mobility-friendly information; WheelEasy aims to remove physical barriers and create a world where no one is left out of life’s adventures.

Your team will be part of an Access and Inclusion mapping day event:

1. Introduction to WheelEasy and the volunteer role for collecting access information.

2. Explanation of criteria for accurate data collection and how to use our corporate volunteer platform for team building.

3. Assignment of mapping areas based on volunteer availability.

4. Data collection in the field following guided criteria.

5. Time to consolidate and complete data with online resources.

6. Final upload of information to WheelEasy’s system.
