Join the NSW Dodgeball League Board

We are seeking proactive and passionate individuals to support the continued growth and development of Dodgeball across communities in New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude; strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathy; and a commitment to community values and ethics. Most importantly, they will show a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of others.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

• Managing, organising, and operating NSW Dodgeball League activities
• Assisting with or overseeing social media and marketing initiatives
• Supporting the development and management of community documents and forms, including player and league policies aligned with NSWDL’s objectives
• Assisting with conduct, officiating, and event coordination
• Supporting the operations of NSWDL rounds and attending all official events
• Participating in collective decision-making on behalf of the community, particularly in relation to NSWDL’s goal of achieving State Sporting Organisation (SSO) status
• Contributing to the strategic direction and development of both Foam and Cloth divisions
• Ensuring all equipment and inventory are maintained in accordance with OHS standards
• Liaising with stakeholders, including local councils, venues, and vendors, as required
• Serving as a point of contact for the NSWDL Committee, Players’ Hub, and broader community network
• Acting as a reliable and supportive representative of the NSWDL
