Role Overview

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, schedules, and supports volunteers across all areas of the Club.

Tasks Include

• Managing volunteer rosters
• Communicating upcoming opportunities
• Recognising volunteer contributions

Time Required

Approx. 1-5 hours per week, depending on what is happening at the club each week that requires volunteers. Minimal work during the off-season.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of volunteers and skills
• Ensure roles are filled for game days and events
• Provide induction and guidance to new volunteers
• Support a positive, inclusive volunteer culture
