Volunteer Coordinator

Role Overview
The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, schedules, and supports volunteers across all areas of the Club.
Tasks Include
- Managing volunteer rosters
- Communicating upcoming opportunities
- Recognising volunteer contributions
Time Required
Approx. 1-5 hours per week, depending on what is happening at the club each week that requires volunteers. Minimal work during the off-season.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a database of volunteers and skills
- Ensure roles are filled for game days and events
- Provide induction and guidance to new volunteers
- Support a positive, inclusive volunteer culture
