Role Overview
The Canteen Manager oversees canteen operations, including stock management, rostering volunteers, and ensuring smooth service during home games.
Tasks Include
- Ordering stock and managing suppliers
- Rostering and supervising volunteers
- Overseeing cash handling and food safety
- Maintain canteen hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and minimise waste
- Coordinate menus and pricing with committee
- Support fundraising through canteen profitability
Time Required
Approx 8-10 hours per week during the season when there is a home game / function on the weekend. Minimal hours during the off-season.
