4 Voices is a charity helping women facing domestic violence, homelessness and loneliness. On the street, on the phone, and online — we connect them to safety, support and a way forward. Our volunteers offer real help, real hope, and a reason to believe change is possible.

As a Recruitment Practitioner, you will:

• Promote volunteer opportunities across online platforms, networks, and community channels.
• Manage applications in SEEK by screening applicants and updating their status.
• Connect with strong applicants, respond to applications, and schedule interviews.
• Interview the top two or three applicants to assess skills, alignment, and suitability.
• Discuss applicants with the line manager and recommend the best fit for the role.
• Support and monitor the outcome of any second interviews if required.
• Confirm role appointments with successful applicants and clearly communicate next steps.
• Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and placements in the recruitment planner.
