The purpose of the Sub-Committee is to assist the State Executive (STEX) in exercising its authority in relation to matters set out in the State Executive Charter and the Rules by overseeing and advising on State Branch and Sub-Branch operational activities related to commercial operations compliance, policy and advocacy.

We are seeking a Chair and a Sub-Committee member who brings:

• Demonstrated commercial hospitality experience and acumen.
• A strong understanding of governance and compliance requirements.
• The ability to provide strategic advice on policy, advocacy, and operational activities.
• Experience working with Boards or Committees in a collaborative, consultative capacity.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest for up to two positions on the Hospitality, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs Sub-Committee (HCRA). The two positions are for a suitably qualified chair and for a Sub-Committee member.

RSL Victoria provides overarching leadership to our network of over 260 Sub-Branches and represents our almost 200,000 members on veteran related issues.

There are 53 Sub-Branches that have both Gaming and Liquor licences, with a further 51 holding a Liquor licence only.
