Every item sold helps fund Lifeline’s vital services, including our 13 11 14 crisis support line, ensuring no one has to face their darkest moments alone. We’re looking for passionate, community-minded people to join us as volunteers and no experience is necessary. If you’re enthusiastic, friendly, and want to make a difference, we’ll show you the rest.

What You will be doing:

Volunteers support our Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, including:

• Creating a welcoming, friendly shopping environment

• Assisting with sorting, displaying, and pricing donated items

• Chatting with customers and sharing the Lifeline mission

• Maintaining cleanliness and following simple safety procedures

Whether you're available a few hours a week or more, every bit counts.

What we are looking for:

• Friendly and reliable individuals

• A team-player attitude

• Willingness to learn (we provide all training)

• A genuine interest in community, connection, and cause

Previous retail or customer service experience is great, but not required.
