Change Manager - Communications

4 Voices’ mission is to support women who are or may be at risk of social isolation, family and domestic violence, or homelessness. We help women reconnect by providing social, digital, community, and employment support, especially for those facing barriers such as fear, shame, low English, or limited access to technology.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are commencing a transformational project that will consolidate our three core systems (volunteer, partner and donor management). The new, interactive system is called “Patch” and will contain a user-friendly portal for our volunteers. Completion is estimated in 30 months, and during this time, the business will require significant change support to ensure all volunteers are ready to embed our new system and ways of working.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As the 4 Voices Patch Change Manager – looking at Communications, you are responsible for supporting the business in understanding the impact of the new system and successfully embedding the system in our ways of working by:

  • Developing a change management plan.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement, communication, education and awareness building across various cohorts.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop the change communications.
  • Supporting the business in Monitoring and Reporting post-implementation.
