About Vinnies Canberra/Goulburn and Our Shops: The St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn (Vinnies) has been serving the local community for over 100 years. We are committed to offering a ‘hand up’ to people experiencing hardship through practical assistance, advocacy and compassion. Our network of Vinnies Shops is a vital part of our mission. The shops provide high-quality, affordable goods to the community, reduce landfill by reusing and recycling and generate essential funds to support our local programs — including homelessness services, food assistance and emergency relief. Every role in our shops, from sorting donations to serving customers, makes a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role: You’ll help bring our store to life by creating tidy, inviting and eye-catching displays. From homewares to fashion to quirky one-of-a-kind finds, you’ll arrange items in a way that helps them shine and makes it easier for customers to browse and discover something they love. Whether you enjoy organising, styling or just have an eye for what looks good, your creativity will help turn donations into dollars!

Key Tasks:

• Arrange products in a way that looks tidy, attractive and easy to browse.
• Update and refresh displays regularly to keep things looking fresh.
• Support seasonal or promotional setups when needed.

Skills & Attributes:

• A creative eye and interest in visual presentation.
• Basic understanding of how people move through and shop in a store.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction when needed.
