Are you passionate about training and development? Do you want to play a vital role in ensuring communities receive excellent first aid care when they need it most? Join our VEHS State Training & Development Team as an Accredited Training Engagement Coordinator and help shape the future of emergency response training.

About the Role

As our Accredited Training Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to train, prepare and equip St John members to deliver outstanding first aid care at events across Victoria. You'll manage our comprehensive accredited training portfolio, working collaboratively across regions and divisions to ensure our members maintain their professional standards and scopes of practice.

This is more than just a training coordination role – you'll be driving innovation, enhancing member experiences, and directly contributing to our ability to serve communities at both small local events and large-scale major incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Training Portfolio Management

• Oversee and deliver the planning, development and delivery of accredited training programs

• Ensure all training initiatives align with SJA(VIC) business and strategic objectives

• Maintain quality standards across all accredited training offerings

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the VEHS Training and Development Team

• Build strong relationships with Regional and Divisional teams

• Engage directly with members and trainers to understand their needs and challenges

Innovation & Excellence

• Develop engaging and innovative training solutions

• Influence strategic projects to enhance member experience

• Support and participate in day-to-day training activities while driving continuous improvement

Strategic Impact

• Contribute to metrics and outcomes that prepare members for dynamic community needs

• Support initiatives that enhance our organization's emergency response capabilities

• Help shape the future direction of accredited training within St John
