A Social Visits Volunteer who can make a meaningful difference - One visit at a time!

Are you someone who enjoys a gentle walk? How about being a walking buddy for an older person? We’re looking for a kind-hearted volunteer to visit a thoughtful elderly lady who’s feeling a bit lonely and would like to meet a buddy to visit her for a walk. Your time and company could make a world of difference. A friendly visit, a shared story, or a chat over a cuppa could truly lift her spirits.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
