Do you want to see families able to put food on the table? Do you want to see seniors, people with disabilities and those on low income be able to access the food they need but cannot afford? Would you like to help people be able to receive the care and support they need?
If so, come and join our team!
Volunteering with us will not only bring hope to others, but it will also bring you the blessing of being part of a team where you will feel valued and know that you are making a difference in the lives of others. What are we doing that you could be involved in? Our Food Market is a fairly new innovative operation that provides free fruit, veg, bread, and meat as well as cheap groceries to our community in need. All customers are welcomed and receive a free cappuccino from our Coffee Van whilst they wait.
What would you be doing?
There are several exciting opportunities depending on whether you would like to assist with the sorting and display of the food we receive, unloading the deliveries we receive from Oz Harvest & Foodbank, assisting customers as they choose their food, serving customers purchasing cheap groceries, or make the cappuccinos!
