ASCCA Board Secretary
Key Responsibilities
As Board Secretary, you will:
- Coordinate and distribute agendas and minutes for Board and AGM meetings.
- Maintain governance records, board calendars, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with incorporation and charitable registration requirements.
- Support the Chair in planning and executing effective board operations.
- Manage board communications and ensure timely responses to governance matters.
What We’re Looking For

- Prior board experience and a strong understanding of governance and compliance.
- Excellent organisational, writing, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to ASCCA’s mission.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (license provided).
