🛠️ What You’ll Do As a volunteer salesperson, you'll be the voice that helps purpose-driven businesses find the tech tools they need — while contributing to real-world impact.

Identify and reach out to businesses and NFPs aligned with social procurement values

Build relationships with clients who care about more than just the bottom line

Promote TechForGood's hardware, software, support services and social value

Manage your own pipeline (we’ll support with leads where possible)

Close sales and earn commission on every deal

Have some tech literacy (or the willingness to learn)

Bonus points if you’ve sold IT, worked in social enterprise, or spoken fluent “procurement”.

🧠 Minimum Expectation We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 hours/week for consistency — ideally spread over 2–3 days. This keeps conversations warm and gives you time to build traction. But if you’re on fire and want to hustle harder? We love that too.

🗓️ Weekly Structure (Example) Here’s what a balanced week could look like:

Monday (1 hour): Prospecting on LinkedIn / outreach emails

Tuesday (1.5 hours): Discovery call with a new lead + CRM update

Wednesday: Break (because life)

Thursday (2 hours): Quote prep + internal Slack check-in + product training

Friday: Optional coffee catch-up with another volunteer or a mentor

🎯 Flexibility Highlights Work whenever suits you – evening, weekend, naptime? All fine.

No set shifts or fixed meetings – just occasional check-ins.

Take breaks when needed – just let us know so we can reassign leads if needed.

Commission is ongoing – even if you go part-time or step back later, you’ll still earn commission on deals you closed.
