The Cuppa & Chat Volunteer role is ideal for individuals with a little spare time during the week who enjoy good conversation and meaningful connection over a cuppa.

As a Cuppa & Chat Volunteer, you will:

• Share a cuppa and a chat with residents. • Listen to life stories and personal experiences. • Engage in simple activities such as card games or board games.

We encourage volunteers to commit to regular weekly visits to help build strong, trusting relationships. Residents really look forward to these catch-ups, and consistency makes all the difference.

Visits usually take place during business hours (Monday to Friday) and may last between 30 minutes to an hour. Volunteers are welcome to visit more than one resident, depending on their availability.
