We need people with skills to oversee project teams of volunteers/placement students, assist them when they get stuck and follow through projects from idea to implementation. Must have:

• initiative to work independently,
• capacity to problem solve,
• skills to lead a small team of volunteers/placement students,
• able to manage varied types of projects,
• willing to coach team members who get stuck
• ideally some business skills for documenting projects, mapping out implementation steps, some small scale budgeting, tracking progress, etc

Successful programs built by your team will be an excellent selling point for future interviews. We also have a policy that if a project secures sufficient funding we seek to hire from within from those who built it.
