Toot Toot Beep Beep!

Come and join the fun as a mini-bus driver (Automatic Toyota Hiace - C class drivers licence) for a few hours a week. The residents from HammondCare Aged Care home in Woy Woy just love to get out and sight see around the local area. You will always be accompanied by one of our care staff who will assist them to their seats, look after the residents' care needs, and ride in the back along side them.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
