Out for Australia (OFA) is currently seeking expressions of interest for volunteer Events Consultants to join our National Events Team!

As an Events Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the delivery of national programs and initiatives. Whether it’s planning our flagship events, supporting local chapters, or helping coordinate virtual workshops and panels, your contributions will help foster connection, visibility, and empowerment for LGBTQIA+ students and young professionals across the country.

🔹 About the Role Title: Events Consultant (Volunteer) Reports to: National Events Lead Commitment: ~2-4 hours per week (flexible and remote) Location: Anywhere in Australia

Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of national and virtual events

Collaborate with OFA teams to ensure events are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with OFA’s mission

Support with event logistics, communications, volunteer coordination, and post-event evaluation

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the OFA events experience

Have experience or a strong interest in events, logistics, or project management
