Just by being a friendly visitor, you can bring vibrance and joy to an older person in our community. As a Wesley Aged Care Volunteer Visitor, you will be introduced to an older person who shares similar interests to you. You will visit them weekly or fortnightly at a time that suits you. This is a very flexible way to fit volunteering into your life.

You will have the opportunity to build a mutually satisfying friendship and contribute meaningfully to your community.

This role gives you the privileged position of getting to know people who have lived in a time before the internet and mobile phones. You will hear rich stories and feel nourished by giving back to others.
