As an ECS shopping volunteer, you will assist seniors with shopping and transport them to and from local shopping centres.

Duties

• Assist clients with their shopping needs, including carrying bags and ensuring they have everything they need.
• Provide social support and companionship during shopping trips.
• Follow ECS policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Report any concerns or changes in clients' conditions to the Aged Services Coordinator.
• Complete and submit Volunteer Worksheets and Feedback Sheets as required.
