Volunteer Driver – Make a Difference in Toowoomba! Join us at Anglicare Southern Queensland and help enhance the lives of seniors in the Toowoomba region. We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated volunteer driver to transport clients to and from venues, providing them with essential social interaction and support. What You’ll Do:

• Drive safely and assist clients in and out of the vehicle (including those using mobility aids)
• Build rapport with clients, providing a warm and friendly experience
• Occasionally drive an Anglicare bus to transport clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean driving record and current Queensland licence
• Compassionate, caring, and able to relate to people with diverse needs
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to a minimum of 4 hours per week for at least 6 months

What You’ll Need:

• First Aid/CPR certificate (required)
• National Police Clearance (we will cover the cost)
• Two referees who can verify your character
