Overview

We’re looking for an independent, driven accounting professional eager to explore process optimization, ensure data accuracy, and gain valuable senior-level experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Expense Review:

• Code expenses accurately based on their nature (approximately 15-20 transactions per month).
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and CFO to understand GST requirements impacting coding/GL.

Data Integrity & Reconciliation:

• Conduct weekly data integrity checks to ensure reporting aligns with the GL.

Process Improvements:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and actively experiment with system improvements.

General volunteer expectations:

• Undertake an OFA volunteer induction and role onboarding.
• Understand and implement OFA’s strategy, vision and mission.
• Uphold our volunteer code of conduct.
• Assist with initiatives as required.
