At Little Dreamers, we're all about giving Young Carers the chance to enjoy some well-deserved fun, engage with their peers and try out new activities. We need enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join our team, supporting these programs and ensuring that these wonderful Young Carers have a fantastic day!

What’s the Volunteer Role Like? As a volunteer, you'll get to hang out with awesome Young Carers, participate in cool activities, and help make sure the day runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting Little Dreamers staff with organizing and supporting the kids throughout the day

• Helping with activities and games

• Pitching in with setup and cleanup (teamwork makes the dream work!)

Commitment:

• Dates: Thursday 28th of August 9am to 3pm and Thursday 25th September, 10am to 3pm
• Opportunity for ongoing volunteer positions!
• Get placed on our volunteer database and be contacted for future holiday programs or events.
• FYI: Many workplaces offer volunteering leave with enough notice if you're working full-time.

What You Need to Join Us:

• An interview with a Little Dreamers staff member
• A valid Working with Children Check (we can guide you on this!)
• Stay in touch with the team and your assigned Young Carers – we like to keep the good vibes flowing!

Ethical & Responsible: We need volunteers who understand how to interact with vulnerable people and know when to ask for guidance.
