Are you looking to contribute your administrative skills to a cause that makes a difference in the community? ECHO Community Services is seeking a dedicated and organised Volunteer Admin Assistant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing experience or gain experience and contribute to impactful community initiatives in a flexible, part-time role. Duties:

  • Manage phone communications and client bookings.
  • Update spreadsheets and assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Document progress notes and manage event calendars.
  • Liaise with the Volunteer Coordinator and other department staff.
  • Perform various other adhoc administrative tasks across multiple departments.

  Competencies:

  • Average numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Average or above average organizational and communication skills, including telephone skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous office experience.
