Volunteer Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

ECHO Community Services is seeking a dedicated and organised Volunteer Admin Assistant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing experience or gain experience and contribute to impactful community initiatives in a flexible, part-time role. Duties:
- Manage phone communications and client bookings.
- Update spreadsheets and assist with data collection and reporting.
- Document progress notes and manage event calendars.
- Liaise with the Volunteer Coordinator and other department staff.
- Perform various other adhoc administrative tasks across multiple departments.
Competencies:
- Average numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Average or above average organizational and communication skills, including telephone skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous office experience.
