Overview

Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Custom Reporting Dashboards: o Develop and maintain dashboards displaying performance across budget, forecasts, actuals, and cash flow to ensure transparent organizational insights. o Create and maintain grant-specific dashboards to track the performance of individual grants—helping Project Managers, the Grants Team, CEO, and CFO monitor grant activity (e.g., actuals, forecast, and budget remaining). • Timely Reporting Updates: o Provide fortnightly updates to dashboards, ensuring managers, Leadership Teams (LT), and Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) have complete visibility into their areas. • Data Verification: o Collaborate with the Finance Team to verify inputs, ensuring all data presented is accurate and reliable. • Cross-Functional Insights: o Empower organizational decision-makers by delivering precise, actionable insights into financial performance.

General volunteer expectations: o Undertake an OFA volunteer induction and role onboarding. o Understand and implement OFA’s strategy, vision and mission. o Uphold our volunteer code of conduct. o Assist with initiatives as required.
