NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is the lead agency in response to flood, storm and tsunami emergencies. It also provides critical rescue, and missing persons search capabilities to other agencies. The organisation is made up almost entirely of volunteers who commit to supporting their community in its time of need.
