We have a wonderful man full of life in an Aged Care Home in Kew who has lead an interesting life, loves philosophy and poetry, and who would enjoy some company.

MS Plus is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS).

Volunteer visitors can share stories, go for a stroll or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a board game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to 1hr fortnightly visits at minimum (weekly is best) for a minimum of 6 months/ongoing.

Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome, but must be over 18+ yrs old.

MS Plus believes in a person-to-person approach and aspire to match you with someone local with shared interests and hobbies.
