Marketing finance assistant - CRM data base management

Here are the key duties: Process donations, change of address details and other donor information.
Provide a professional and caring response to supporter requests whilst accurately logging the information in Salesforce.
Send emails and occasionally make outbound calls to follow up on supporter requests. Ensure donors receive receipts via email or post.
You'll also be:
Open to learning, with a high level of attention to detail. Good at managing your time.
Computer literate. Proficient in Word and Excel and not afraid to learn new packages.
experienced in an accounts support or admin role, or studying a relevant tertiary qualification.
a person who cares about social justice and supporting women and children who are living in harms way.
You will need a minimum of 1 years' work experience in a similar role. Previous experience with Salesforce is a requirement.
