The Client Services Officer (CSO) coordinates the provision of meals to the clients of Meals on Wheels Central Coast. You will be required to provide relief cover for the CSO during periods of annual or sick leave.

Description of day duties: • Organise meal delivery eskies and run folders for volunteers. • Assist volunteer with the packing of eskies into their car and ensure they are provided with the correct run folder for their deliveries. • Meet with volunteer on the completion of their deliveries and enter their KMs in the appropriate folder, take any meal orders provided to the volunteer and gather any feedback. • Other duties as discussed with CSO Team Leader or Management. • Good public relations skills and project a reliable and professional image and be discrete, diplomatic and persevering. • The ability to connect with older people and those with a disability and make them feel like they matter.
