Volunteering WA is the peak body for volunteering in this State. We have a network of nearly 800 members and affiliates and work with many other stakeholders, providing services and support to volunteering involving organisations and representation and leadership for the sector.

Managing all these relationships and communications efficiently and effectively is a challenge. We are moving forward with setting up a CRM system (using HUBSPOT), but it's a new system for our staff, and they would appreciate some friendly support and inspiration from others who have been through this.
